Product Details

The items is perfectly made by MIM process( Metal injection moulding), with the surface treatment Nickle coating, gold plating. It is no any problem we could make them surface coating because our MIM parts have high density above 7.65g/cm3. This is our MIM biggest advantage or merit.


Material: Stainless steel-304. It is one of the most welcome material in MIM technology. It is a Cr-Ni stainless steel, which has wonderful corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It is normally used below temperature 650C. It is an environmental material. Besides, it is easy to be machined.


High precision: the size precision for one shot process can reach +/- 0.1~0.5%. For some higher precision requirement, can machined by CNC.
